Blue Horizon Labs

Marketplace

Agents and services, from the lab that builds them.

Every listing carries its state in the open: live with a published price, pending the Claude directory’s review, or forming while the terms are settled. Nothing here is quoted from a call, and nothing is a seat on someone else’s platform.

The index

Live

Published packages, bookable today.

The Web Factory ladder and the fixed-fee packages. Each card lives on its own page with its deliverables and terms; each books through the contact page with the package named.

  • Web Factory

    Websites on a rail

A fixed-fee diagnostic, three build tiers, a search sprint and two retainers, and a month-to-month care plan.

Claude directory

Three plugins, staged for the directory.

Written and validated, and staged for the lab’s submission to the Claude directory. They install free and point back here. Until the directory publishes them there is no install link, because a dead link is not a listing.

  • Software engineering · Engineering · Systems design

    Systems Design

The lab's systems-design discipline as a working plugin: how an operating layer, a worker, and a data store are read, scoped and gated before anything is built.

  • GTM engineering · AI

    GTM Engineering

Go-to-market as an engineering problem: a published catalog, a typed offer, lead capture wired to a CRM, and the measurements that say whether it moved.

  • AI · Software engineering

    AI Readiness

The lab's readiness read, as a plugin: what a business already runs on, which workflows pay back first, and what to leave alone.

Agent packs

Three verticals, three packs, forming.

Agents the lab builds and operates on its own Claude account, sold as a pack with a written scope. Each is forming: the scope is written, the terms are with counsel, and the price publishes when it is ratified.

  • Roofing

    Inspection-to-estimate agent pack

An agent the lab builds and operates on its own Claude account that takes a roofing inspection from intake to a written estimate, keeps the storm log, and books the follow-up.

    Forming

  • Automotive

    Service-lane agent pack

A per-rooftop agent for the service drive: appointment intake, repair-order status for the customer, and a weekly scorecard for the service manager.

    Forming

  • Retail

    Commerce agent pack

A merchant-side agent that answers product questions, prepares a cart, and hands the checkout back to the merchant's own store. The lab never takes the payment.

How buying works

Five rules, each already in force.

  • The lab sells what it builds and operates

Agents and engagements run on Blue Horizon Labs' own Claude account. The lab does not resell access to Claude, and nothing on this marketplace is a seat on someone else's platform.

  • Every price is published or stated as pending

A fixed fee where the scope is fixed, a floor where the written scope sets the figure, and the words 'pending ratification' where the number is not settled. A listing never shows a price nobody approved.

  • Usage is disclosed, not hidden

Where a pack consumes model usage, it is billed at cost plus a margin the receipt discloses. The disclosure is part of the receipt, not a footnote.

  • Card checkout for the small lines, invoices for the rest

Fixed-fee packages and the smaller packs will take a card at checkout once the commerce path is live; larger engagements are invoiced from a written scope. Until checkout is live, every listing books a conversation.

  • Terms before money

Pack terms, the data-processing agreement, and the subprocessor list are reviewed by counsel before the first pack is sold. Nothing is invoiced before a written scope.

Questions

Before you book.

What is live today, and what is not?
The Web Factory ladder and the fixed-fee packages are live: every price is published and each listing books through the contact page. The three Claude directory plugins are staged for the directory and not yet submitted. The three vertical agent packs are forming: the scope is written, the terms are with counsel, and pricing publishes when it is ratified.
Is Blue Horizon Labs Anthropic?
No. Blue Horizon Labs is an independent applied-AI research lab in New York's Capital Region and a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. Anthropic is the platform vendor whose model the lab builds on. Buying from this marketplace is buying from the lab.
Who runs the agents?
The lab does, on its own Claude account, with per-deployment keys and spend limits. You see the agent's work in the tools you already use and in a weekly report; you do not need an Anthropic account.
Why does a pack show no price yet?
Because the number is not ratified. The scope is written and the operating model is decided; the price, the terms and the New York sales-tax treatment are being settled with counsel and the accountant. The page will show the figure the day it is approved, with its provenance.
How do I know which listing I came from?
You do not need to do anything. A link from the Claude directory or from this marketplace carries a short source tag, and the lab records it on your inquiry so it can see which door you walked through. It is a word, not a tracker; the site runs no cookies and no cross-site analytics.
